How do you determine how much the project will cost?
We take the materials needed, and labor costs to provide a detailed estimate. Additional factors like design complexity fixture relocations and square footage are also included. For unforeseen repairs that may come up after the demolition you will receive a change order with the price prior to additional work being done…you will not receive a price increase without knowing before hand.

Can I live in my home during the remodeling?
Absolutely! We ask for an area to allow set up, clean up and materials and tools to be utilized. We always clean up our work at the end of the day and will let you know whether or not to avoid the area for safety concerns.

How do you handle unexpected issues during the remodel?
We will always communicate promptly about any unexpected issues that arise. Our team assesses the situation, provides solutions while keeping you informed of any additional pricing throughout the process.

What is the process for selecting materials and finishes?
We guide you through the selection process by sending you a questionnaire to fill out with specifics of your job along with an instruction sheet on sending us pictures or Pinterest pins you have collected. Once you submit your information a Customized Catalog of Options will be created specifically for you with options based on your design preferences and budget. Collaboration is key in creating a space that reflects your vision.

Do you have a warranty on your work?
Yes, we offer a 12 month warranty on our labor and materials that we supply.
