As soon as you reach out to us for a service, you’ll get your own personal customer portal. This makes it super easy to send new requests, adjust estimates, ask any questions, and check out your estimates, work orders, and invoices whenever you want. Plus, if you’d rather chat with a person than a robot, our awesome customer relations manager, Vanora, is here for you! She is an absolute delight and the person that keeps us on our toes!
After we gather your preferences, we send you a detailed estimate outlining everything included in the cost. Our pricing is incredibly precise—about 87% of our estimates match the final costs, with major changes generally arising from unforeseen issues we uncover during the renovation process. Should any significant changes occur, we’ll provide a change order that needs your approval before moving forward, ensuring no hidden surprises in your final bill. Once you're on board and approve the contract, we’ll share your start date. You can expect us to arrive each weekday at 9:00 am until we wrap up your project. While delays are rare, sometimes uncontrollable factors may require a little extra time.
Our estimates cover both labor and materials, unless we specify otherwise. We pride ourselves on keeping our prices competitive by reducing unnecessary overhead. Since we’re all about custom remodeling, we don't maintain a showroom full of samples, which helps us keep costs down. Plus, there’s just too much variety to showcase everything in one place! Instead, we offer you a detailed questionnaire and a link to our Pinterest page for you to curate ideas that you like. With all your insights, we’ll create a personalized catalog of options, complete with a rendering of your new layout. You can take your time reviewing everything from the comfort of your own home. Once you’ve made your choices, just send them our way!
